One Topic Into 10 Posts

How To Create A Lot Of Content FAST

#1 question I get is “How do I get the most out of TypePrompt?” So I took screenshots of my process to show how I make a bunch of content by using Topic Bot.

Step 1: Explain to Topic Bot who you are and who your audience is.

Topic Bot will create an outline of suggested topics.

I created a fictional SEO media company that makes content for influencers to get their IG & TikTok content seen when users search for topics on those apps.

The below documents how I’d make content for this company.

Step 2: Dive Deeper Into One Topic At A Time

Pick one of the topics to expand upon. You can dive deeper into each topic and subtopic.

Not only do you have subtopics that can become X and LI posts, but you can turn each bullet point into posts. There’s no end to how granular you can go with each topic, subtopic and bullet point that Topic Bot creates.

Step 3: Create A Social Media Post From A Subtopic

I choose to create an X Thread for a Beginners Playbook on Engagement-Boosting Formats from the suggested subtopics.

Step 4: Rewrite X Thread in Topic Bot If Needed

I thought the thread post was too long so I had Topic Bot rewrite the entire thread to keep character count under 180. You have a 280 character limit per post on X, but I think it’s punchier if each post in the thread is shorter.

Step 5: Make Another X Post From The Thread

I took one of the X posts from the thread and put it into the Hook Prompt of Routines.

It created a new post shown in the brackets in the image below.

Step 6: Edit The Post

Instead of manually editing the X post inside the Hook Prompt, I pasted it into Topic Bot to rewrite it for me. I can now post this as a X thread or cut down the characters to be a single post. I can also post this thread into a LinkedIn Hook Prompt to turn it into a short article.

Step 7 and Beyond: Expand on each of the subtopics you created in Steps 1 & 2. You can create multiple articles, X threads and LinkedIn posts from just one topic suggestion from Topic Bot.

I’ve been using this process to come up with posts for the TypePrompt X account and my personal X account. Soon I’ll be expanding TypePrompt content to LinkedIn.

By following these steps, you can create about 25 pieces of long and short content in under an hour. I did the above in under 30 minutes while taking time to document my process. It would have been under 10 minutes otherwise.
